To confirm any quotation or arrangement, a non refundable deposit of $100.00 per student is required. Bookings which include flights,may require a higher deposit. Final payment is due thirty days prior to departure (non refundable).

All costs are based on 40 paying students allowing 5 staff complimentary (except where indicated). Prices may be altered at the discretion of the company for any reason. All prices are subject to availability and bedding configurations.

Cancellations & Refunds:
Cancellation at any time before commencement of tour, results in all money paid being forfeited. Cancellation under ‘lack of snow’ guarantees are subject to the guarantee operated by individual resorts and suppliers and will always be subject to a $500 reservation fee.

Insurance Details:
We ask that all students and staff participating in a tour, organized by Trekset Tours, be made aware of and given the opportunity to take out travel insurance. A special student/staff group protection policy is available which covers against cancellations, personal liability and theft of personal equipment (ski/snowboard). Please note that a list of students and staff taking out the policy along with a signed application is required. Under the provisions of the Health Act, it is illegal to cover medical or hospital expenses in domestic insurance policies.

Bonds:

• Bonds are collected on group rental equipment by the supplier on arrival.
• Bonds are usually payable by credit card imprint or cash. Please check with Trekset Tours as properties differ in their payment requirements.
• Any damage will be charged against the credit card or cash being held as bond.

Exclusion Clauses:

• Trekset Tours will not be liable for any damages, loss, injury, delay or inconvenience caused by an airline, shipping, ferry, rail or bus company; hotel, lodge, lift company, organization or person providing facilities and services in connection with our tours.

• Trekset Tours can not be responsible for events beyond its control, such as (without limitations), Acts of God,War, Weather, Strikes or Government Restrictions, nor for personal injury or property damages caused by persons not controlled by Trekset Tours, such as (without limitations), Airlines, Bus Companies, Ferry Operators, Hotels, Lodges, Lift Companies and Schools.
• Trekset Tours will not be liable for loss, damage or injury to persons or property including baggage, personal belongings, money, passports, airline tickets, ski specific equipment or other travel documents.
• Trekset Tours reserves the right to make alterations to itineraries and tours for reasons which we believe to be sufficient and proper.
• No refunds are made for unused land services such as meals, accommodation, visits, transportation etc. missed by the group for absence or any other reason once the tour has commenced.
• The group leader is responsible for the behavior and discipline of the group and for any major damage caused by a member of the group.
