Day 1: Australia - Hanoi
Arrive Hanoi and transfer to Halong Bay.

Day 2:  Hanoi – Halong  (BLD)

Cruise Halong Bay visit Thien Cung, Dau Go cave and Hai Hing Village.

Day 3:  Halong  (BLD)

Hanoi guided tour, walk the Old Quarter, Hoan Kiem Lake, Ngoc Son Temple, Temple of Literature, Ho Chi Minh Complex. In the afternoon visit the Social and Science College, and in the evening a water puppet performance.

Day 4:  Halong – Hue  (BLD)
Fly to Hue, visit the Imperial City, Royal Palace and Tu Duc Tomb. Dinner includes a traditional music show.

Day 5:  Hue – Danang  (BLD)
Boat trip on Huong River to visit Thien Mu Pagoda. Visit the Hue University. Overland to Danang with stops at Lang Co fishing village and Hai Van Pass.

Day 6:  Danang – Hoi An  (BLD)
Guided Tour of Hoi An Ancient Town. Visit Chinese Assembly Halls, Japanese Bridge and ancestral family homes. Includes Vietnamese cooking classes, also visit Phong Nam Village (typical Vietnamese village).

Day 7: Hoi An - Ho Chi Minh City (BLD)
Fly to Ho Chi Minh City, guided tour to Mekong Delta includes boat trip, snake farm orchids and Sampan Rice.

Day 8:  Ho Chi Minh City  (BLD)
Foreign Language College to mix with students and discuss family roles, lifestyles, aspirations, and relationships. Guided tour to Chu Chi underground tunnel complex.

Day 9:  Ho Chi Minh City  (BLD)
Locally guided tour to the restricted area of Long Tan Cross (War Memorial), Australian War Graves, Long Tan battlefield, Long Dat district (Nui Dat) and Vung Tau city (arrival port for Australian troops).

Day 10: Ho Chi Minh City–Australia (BL)
Ho Chi Minh City tour visits Notre Dame Cathedral, China Town, Reunification Palace, Ben Thanh market. Transfer to the airport for flight back to Australia.

    Day 1: Australia - Ho Chi Minh City
    Meet at the airport for your International flight to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. On arrival you will be transferred to your hotel.

    Day 2: Ho Chi Minh City (B)

    Visit the wartime guerilla stronghold of Chu Chi tunnels, attend the midday service at the Cao Dai Temple in Tay Ninh. You will be transferred back to Ho Chi Minh in the late afternoon

    Day 3: Ho Chi Minh City-Vung Tau (B)

    City tour of Ho Chi Minh City. See sights such as: the Re-Unification Palace, War Remnants Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral and Central Post Office. Board your coach and transfer to Vung Tau where you will stay for the next two nights.

    Day 4:  Vung Tau (B)
    Sightseeing tour of Vung Tau. Highlights include: Back Beach, White Villa, the Lighthouse and the Statue of Jesus. This afternoon is free  for teacher organised activities.

    Day 5: Vung Tau – Dalat  (B)

    Today you will depart Vung Tau and head towards Dalat along the coast  past Phan Thiet & other beaches. On arrival in Dalat, you will be taken to your hotel.

    Day 6:  Dalat  (B)
    Half day city sights tour of Dalat. Highlights include: the colourful local market, Dalat Cathedral and Emperor Bao Dai's Summer Palace. You will also visit the minority tribal villages on the outskirts of Dalat.

    Day 7: Dalat - Ho Chi Minh City (B)
    Board your coach and be transferred to Ho Chi Minh City, enroute, you will stop in Bao Loc, passing many tea and coffee plantations. On arrival in Ho Chi Minh you will be taken to your hotel.

    Day 8:  Ho Chi Minh City (B)
    Locally guided tour to the restricted area of Long Tan Cross (War Memorial), Australian War Graves, Long Tan battlefield, Long Dat district (Nui Dat) and Vung Tau city (arrival port for Australian troops).

    Day 9: Ho Chi Minh City (B)

    Foreign Language College to mix with students and discuss family roles, lifestyles, aspirations, and relationships. This afternoon is free for shopping at the local markets.

    Day 10: Ho Chi Minh City–Australia (B)

    Today is free for teacher organised activities before being transferred by coach to the airport for your flight back to Australia.
