Day 1: Australia - Paris
Depart Australia.
Day 2: Paris
Transfer by coach to the French Youth Hostel, en-route enjoy a panoramic
tour of Paris.
Day 3: Versailles - Paris (B)
Travel by RER (round trip ticket included) to Versailles and
visit Chateau de Versailles and gardens.
Day 4: Paris (B)
Free day to discover Ile de la Cite and the Latin Quarter,
visit the Louvre Museum or stroll down the Champs
Elysees, a must for shoppers.
Day 5: Paris (B)
Today make your way to the Fragonard Perfume Museum
for a guided tour on how perfume is made.
Day 6: Paris (B)
Today is free for sightseeing. Visit such sights as the Eiffel
Tower, and the Arc d”Triophe.
Day 7: Paris – London (B)
Transfer by coach to the train station for your 2nd class
Eurostar train journey to London. On arrival in London’s
Waterloo station you will be transferred to your hotel.
Day 8: London (B)
Half day guided tour of London. See such sights as Buckingham Palace, Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square and Hyde Park.
Day 9: London (B)
Today make your way to Madame Tussauds for a visit of the wax museum. |
Day 10: London – Australia (B)
Transfer by coach to the airport for your flight to Australia.

Day 1: Australia – London
Please meet at the airport for your International flight to London.
Day 2: London
Upon your arrival, you will be met by your coach and transferred to your hotel where you will stay for the next six nights. The rest of the day will be free for teacher organised activities.
Day 3: London (B)
This morning after breakfast, meet in the lobby for your walking tour. You will visit such sights as, Whitehall, 10 Downing Street, Houses of parliament, Big Ben, Trafalgar Square and Buckingham Palace (exterior visit only). In the afternoon you will cruise the River Thames to Greenwich. Also visit the National Maritime Museum and Royal Observatory.
Day 4: London – Stratford Upon Avon – London (B)
Following breakfast board your coach to Stratford. En-route you will stop in Oxford to take a look at Christchurch College where the dining room at the college was used in the Harry Potter films. Re-board your coach and continue on to Stratford. Here you will visit Shakespeare’s home and the nearby village of Shottery visiting Ann Hathaway’s Cottage. In the afternoon board your coach and head back to London.
Day 5: London (B)
This morning after breakfast, enjoy a walking tour of the South Bank area. Here you will find the Tate Modern Gallery, HMS Belfast and the London Eye. You will also do an interior tour of the re-constructed Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre. In the afternoon walk over the infamous ‘wobbly’ Millennium Bridge to St Paul’s Cathedral.
Day 6: London–Cambridge–London (B)
After breakfast you will board your coach to one of Britain’s great University City’s – Cambridge. You will visit the King’s College; It is one of the oldest Cambridge College’s. In the afternoon re-board the coach back to London.

Day 7: London (B)
Following breakfast the day is free for teacher organised activities. You may wish to hire a chair in Hyde Park and soak up the sun, or you could visit some of the most famous shopping places in the world – Harrods, Oxford Street or Camden Market.
Day 8: London – Edinburgh (B)
This morning after breakfast board your coach and head to Kings Cross station for your train to Edinburgh. Upon your arrival into Waverley station you will be transferred to your hotel where you will stay for the next three nights. The rest of the day is free for teacher organised activities.
Day 9: Edinburgh (B)
After breakfast you will commence your walking guided tour of Edinburgh. Visit such sights as the Royal Mile, Edinburgh New Town and Old Town. You will also get the chance to visit Edinburgh Castle, home to the military Tattoo.
Day 10: Edinburgh–Highlands–Loch Ness –Edinburgh (B)
This morning after breakfast, you will enjoy a full day coach tour of Loch Ness. Enjoy the scenery of the Stirling Castle area, famous for once being dominated by William Wallace and Rob Roy. Continue on to Loch Ness where you will take a boat cruise along the Loch. In the afternoon board your coach back to Edinburgh.
Day 11: Edinburgh–London–Australia (B)
After breakfast your coach will transfer you to Waverley station for your train back to Kings Cross station (London). You will be met by your coach and transferred to Heathrow Airport for your flight back to Australia.

Day 1: Australia – London
Please meet at the airport for your International flight to London.
Day 2: London (B)
Upon arrival, you will be met by your coach and transferred to your hotel where you will stay for the next three nights. The rest of the day will be free to explore your new surrounds.
Day 3: London (B)
This morning after breakfast, board your coach and enjoy a half day tour of London. You will see such sights as Buckingham Palace – the city residence of the royal family, Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square and Hyde Park. In the afternoon enjoy a walking tour visiting sights related to Charles Dickens and Shakespeare.
Day 4: London - Bath (B)
This morning after breakfast, board your coach to Bath. En-route you will stop in Chawton and visit Jane Austen’s House. Afterwards continue on to Winchester Cathedral where you can visit her grave. Later that afternoon you will arrive in Bath where you will stay for the next three nights.
Day 5: Bath (B)
After breakfast board your coach for a day trip out to Thomas Hardy’s Cottage (exterior visit only). Continue on to Max Gate, the house designed and then lived in by Thomas Hardy (exterior visit only). Before returning to Bath you will visit Lacock, the village used in 1995 BBC adaption of Jane Austen’s ‘Pride and Prejudice’.
Day 6: Bath (B)
This morning after breakfast make you own way to the Roman Baths. See the water's source and walk where Romans walked on the ancient stone pavements.
Day 7: Bath - Stratford Upon Avon (B)
This morning after breakfast board your coach and head to Stratford. En-route you will be stopping at Oxford. Oxford University produced some of the world’s most famous authors and poets. You will also visit Christchurch College, once famous for its literature now famous for being used as Hogwarts school in the film ‘Harry Potter’. Afterwards continue your journey to Stratford Upon Avon, where you will stay for the next two nights.

Day 8: Stratford Upon Avon (B)
After breakfast the day will be spent exploring the sights of Stratford Upon Avon. Stratford was home to William Shakespeare. His birthplace in the heart of main street. Afterwards head to Ann Hathaway’s Cottage, Shakespeare’s wife, pre-marital home.
Day 9: Stratford UponAvon – Lake District (B)
This morning after breakfast, depart Stratford for the Lake District. The surroundings inspired not only William Wordsworth writings but also children’s author Beatrix Potter, who is known for her animal stories, including Peter Rabbit. Upon arrival you will visit Dove Cottage the home of William Wordsworth and his family in 1799. The next three nights will be spent at the Lake District.
Day 10: Lake District (B)
This morning after breakfast you will be visiting the area around Hill Top. Here you will find the farm once owned by Beatrix Potter. The rest of the day is free to independently explore the town of Windermere.
Day 11: Lake District (B)
This morning after breakfast the day is free to explore the Yorkshire Moors. Yorkshire Moors was originally home to the Bronte sisters. You can visit the Bronte Parsonage Museum (house), which remains the same as when the family first lived there.
Day 12: Lakes District - London (B)
Today you will travel back to London by coach, depending if time permits the rest of the day is free for teacher organised activities. (Sightseeing, entrance fees at own expense).
Day 13: London – Australia (B)
After breakfast board your coach and make your way back to Heathrow Airport for your flight back to Australia.
Day 14: Australia (B)
